Seek workplace relationships that allow you to learn or teach. Form alliances with loyal associates and leaders. Healthy "outside" personal relationships may develop as a result.

One person's vice... is another's fun! Like it or not... drinking after work, dating a co-worker and smoking have consequences if you allow them too! Don't assume that "personal choice" is the right answer to concerned managers, legal departments and gossiping peers. When you play in this world, expect criticism and unsolicited advice.
